London AS/AL Fast Track Programme — A Levels in 18 Months

The AS/AL fast track programme at Focus College enables students to complete their London Advanced Level qualifications — including the International Advanced Level (IAL) — in just 18 months. Our AL fast track covers both Edexcel and Cambridge syllabuses across London A/L Commerce Stream and Science Stream, with 8 mock examinations, dedicated practical days, fully equipped laboratories, and a university pathway programme that prepares you for higher education in Sri Lanka and abroad.

London AS/AL Fastrack allows students to complete their AS Level & A Level qualifications more quickly than the standard two-year course. It caters for both Cambridge and Edexcel syllabuses. The programme covers both Science and Commerce streams. We articulate a flexible education program where students have the option to complete their coursework and qualifications in either 18 months or 24 months, depending on their individual needs and preferences. This can be advantageous for those who want to fast-track their academic journey or enter university earlier. Entry Requirements

  • Completed London O/L (Edexcel/Cambridge) with minimum C grades in relevant subjects
  • OR completed local O/L with equivalent grades
  • English language proficiency
  • Assessment interview required

University Pathways

  • Our A Level graduates have been accepted to SLIIT, NSBM, IIT, University of Colombo, and universities in the UK, Australia, and Canada. Commerce stream students can progress to ACCA and CIMA professional qualifications.
